In our neighbourhood, there are some houses still under contruction, but the work is stopped over the summer, ofc. You can see the sea from our balcony and living room, in a small amount though. Sea is very close, however.

THE BEACH AND THE CITY
In our proximity, there are dozens of small beaches along the walkway, just 200 meters from our house. Beach Pudarica is 5 minutes by car, and there you can find more secluded beaches, like the one on the photo. We recommend charting a small boat, and exploring hundreds of hidden coves. Paradise beach is in Lopar, 15 minutes by car. Old town Rab is 7 minutes by car. You can also walk there by our beautiful walkway, it goes all the way along the sea, where you can find many bars and restaurants, beautiful scenery, so it will not be a boring walk (or a bike ride?) :)
